The river watch team has been working on their forum project since October. This year the project is to assess community engagement in outdoor recreation and develop a plan to increase community stewardship. They must conduct a survey, write a formal report, create a poster, and present the project. Monday evening the team presented their report to the Twin Valley City Council. The students did a fantastic job and really impressed the council. The city council members said that they learned a lot and plan to implement some of the team's suggestions right away. Awesome work: Katelyn, Ramsey, Sarah, Mina, Emily, Fidencio, Claire, and Xavier. The team will continue to work on their project to prepare for the Forum contest in February.
